MAN SE’s Annual General Meeting for fiscal year 2009 will be held on April 1, 2010 at the ICM (International Congress Center Munich).

Internet-supported Proxy System

Using the Internet-supported proxy system, you can authorize a third party to attend the Annual General Meeting and exercise shareholder rights or evidence such authority. You can also grant power of attorney and issue instructions for proxies.

If you wish to use this shareholder service, you need an entrance card to the Annual General Meeting. You can request your entrance card from your depository bank until March 25, 2010 at the latest.
