Corporate Governance at MAN
Corporate Governance is the basis of effective cooperation between the MAN Group and its partners. Transparency and value creation are central elements of the MAN leadership concept Industrial Governance as well. The company complies with the German Corporate Governance Code – the application of which is voluntary.
The Executive Board and the Supervisory Board of MAN SE issued the Declaration of Conformity in December 2011 in accordance with section 161 German Stock Corporation Act (Aktiengesetz).
